Shipping/Returns
Once payment has been received by way of cleared funds, purchasers should allow up to 15 working days for delivery within the UK. Items will be dispatched by Royal Mail. Standard postage is uninsured, however if you would like to insure your item, please contact us on Instagram or via the contact page for more information. If you miss a parcel sent by us, it is your responsibility to organise redelivery with the postal service. We are not responsible for this and we cannot remake and resend pieces in these instances.
United Kingdom/Channel Island Shipping
Shipping within the United Kingdom or to
Channel Islands costs a flat rate of £5.00
International shipping (Including Europe)
Shipping internationally (including Europe) costs a flat rate of £15. This is a tracked service.
Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact. If earrings are returned with a broken or removed seal, the items will be sent back to the customer, and they will be required to cover the return postage and packaging cost. No refund or exchange will be issued in this case. Please read our product descriptions carefully and don’t hesitate to ask any questions regarding our pieces before purchasing.
Other items can be exchanged within 14 days of dispatch. Return postage and postage of the selected exchange item will be charged to you (as well as the difference in price between orginal and selected exchange item).
Items can also be returned and refunded within 14 days of dispatch, however, a refund is subject to our satisfaction with the condition they are returned in.
We also do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of parcels. In the event this should happen, the customer should contact the delivery service to resolve the issue.
